    Our AI services are designed to assist, not replace, legal professionals. Lawyers must supervise the AI's output to ensure accuracy. Law firms assume responsibility for the outcomes of their cases and agree to indemnify Salego.ai against any claims arising from their use of the services. Salego.ai does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of AI- generated outputs, and it is the responsibility of the law firms to verify and validate all results.
  5. Privacy and Data Security
    We implement standard measures to protect user data, including sensitive information such as Personally Identifiable Information (PII).   6. User Conduct
    • Misusing the platform.
    • Uploading harmful or malicious content, including viruses or malware.
    • Engaging in illegal activities.
    • Attempting to jailbreak the AI or generate inappropriate content.
  7. Termination
    Salego.ai reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users of the Services, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

      Process for Termination:
    • Notice: In most cases, we will provide notice of termination via the email associated with your account, explaining the reason for the termination.
    • Immediate Termination: In cases where the violation is severe, we reserve the right to terminate the account immediately without prior notice.
    • Appeal: If you believe your account was terminated unfairly, you may contact us at support@salego.ai with a detailed explanation. We will review the appeal and make a determination at our sole discretion.
  8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
    These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or related to them will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
